In a world full of mixed signals, emotional coolness and performative dating culture, I believe that real love is still the hottest thing in the room.
My work lives somewhere between psychology, modern dating, real-life observations, goosebumps, scientifical evidence and the beautiful chaos of human connection.
I love exploring why certain people change us, why some moments stay with us forever, and why vulnerability is often misunderstood as weakness when it is actually one of the boldest things a person can embody.
Outside of writing and speaking, I work in the pharmaceutical industry and build businesses which probably explains why my brain naturally combines emotion with strategy, depth with edge, and warmth with directness.
